And the photos or video from that whatever ever it was tiny P&S in those circustances would have been next to useless anyway.

I'm glad he didn't get hit though, could you imagine how the drivers would feel? And offroad racing doesn't need more bad publicity caused from idiotic onlookers.

Decided to "shave" my signature ;]
    Now mostly shoots with: Canon 5D MK3 & Canon 24-70 f/2.8/50mm f/1.8 (also have a 550D with a variety of lenses/goodies and a Sony Nex-5N)
PP with: Lightroom only, Photoshop is merely a 9-5 work tool for me.

and yet when he caused someone to slow down so that he wasn't hit he abuses them . What a total tool.
We film those with bullet cams fixed in places we are not stupid enough to stand. But hey maybe i could give that guy a fixed subcontract with a helmet cam lying in the dirt. Payment upon delivery from said person.

Those people standing so close to the action aren't much smarter either.

Lots of cars go right off the road from time to time.
All my photos are taken with recycled pixels.

He actually owns a Nikon with a very long lens but the T&C's of the venue meant all he could bring was a P&S!!

you see similiar stuff over seas at WRC events on corners, surprises me they allow the general public so close to the events, I guess its one of the reasons its so popular.
