    Memory Card Price Drop

For those in the market for some more memory, B&H have just announced a massive price drop on Sandisk cards here. I love supporting the site sponsors but at 1/3 the cost for equivalent cards, and even taking into account the postage, this is a massive savings.

I have a call into the site sponsors to see if this is coming to Australia so I will let you know how it turns out.

to support the site sponsors and give AP some commission as well, you HAVE TO go through the links on AP.

I know that around 6 months ago or so, that Skandisk pulled the rug from under their Australian distributors and they have set up an office here and are selling directly to the local retailers.
This should lower the price too.

Whereas a few years ago, people were very wary of buying other brands of cards, nowadays many of these "no name" cards are selling very well as they perform as well as Scandisk, but for a fraction of the cost.

Won't be long and the 1Tb and 2Tb cards will be coming out.
