UK Police : Father in anti-terrorism dispute with Mall, Security and Police

This was originally posted in the "How to deal with Police when out photographing" thread. There has been a discussion on it in that thread saying it may not be completely relevant cause it is a UK issue, where laws differ from Australia.

Therefore I repost it here so that the discussion can continue on it as a current news issue, and it can remain in the other thread as an informative post and discussion as members may travel and deal with the police in other countries as well as in Australia.
