Yes it was hilarious, I was following it for a few months. It then became obvious they started posting snap shots taken from grandmas camera and stating it was a pro. It was pretty awful what they did so I removed them from FB etc.

Some Pentax stuff and junk
This has been a recurring topic of sorts. Will the real professional stand up. Some people ooze raw talent and seem to take to a camera and "see" things and capture phenomenal images. Some people go to dozens of courses and have a library of books and take crap photos. I know someone who read a book on tennis - and turned up to a premier tennis court to have a senior coach assess how good he was. (Needless to say I didn't get the gig) Some people have a great eye and complement this with academic and field training, following ongoing learning and peer review, to set themselves apart.
I listened to a professional photographer for 3/4 of an hour hearing all about her jobs and shoots and what ever. I asked her "what is light?". She stopped and turned away from me and started to talk to someone else....is it something I said? True professionals ....very rare and they don't stand in malls with cheesy pictures of kids and balloons to give away.

Saw this a couple of months ago, some of the comments are uncalled for and even some of the 'Pros" making the comments probably couldn't take a shot if they tried.
