It was fun doing it and with such a simple tool too, I used the Liquify filter in PS

Monika, I only worked on the jpg and not the tif so IQ is not that good, I did try it with the tif but could not get the same expressions

All I can say is "You idiot" (I mean that in the most nicest way)

You've done well not to overdo the faces.
There use to be a program years ago called "PowerGoo" and it was great fun to play with faces. But liquify in PS is so much better. It great for caricature. I remember there was a "Member Challenge" not that long ago, on creating a caricature of a blokes face. And some of the members came up with some brilliant images.
