LR has one and I think that you can make one up using MS Powerpoint. Pretty sure you can make one with the free "Picasa" too

What software do you already have? How/where do you want to run the final output?

I've used Windows Movie Maker in the past, basically because it came with my version of Windows (XP). You can import jpeg and music (mp3) files, put them together (with the included Movie Maker transitions if desired) and produce a wmv output file. The wmv file can then be played on any Windows system (not sure about Macs), or can be uploaded to Youtube, or you can be converted to a DVD (with appropriate DVD burning software).

    Cheers.

Doesn't cost much. Download, use their wizard, & you've got an impressive slide show with music in no time!
