    Comment Trading Scheme

In the spirit of a carbon trading scheme, I've introduced a comment trading scheme.

For every comment made on any of my pictures - YOU will receive a comment from me on on of yours.

    1:1 ratio.

    Simple huh

This has been raised numerous times on the site and we often see comments in members threads about this very thing. AP members are fairly astute and noticing a member who only posts about themselves, or comments on their own posts, and soon someone either says something to them in a thread, or everyone just stops commenting on their threads. It appears to be reasonably well self regulating on AP.

I know, I'm just trying to be transparent on whose threads I'm likely to post comments to in a very busy forum.

    Pretty common problem here...
Doubt there is a solution. I reckon if everyone stopped commenting on photos then no one would post photos... promlem solved?

    Interesting concept.
Brings to mind "If you want me to comment on you, then you must comment on me."
To me it is of questionable value and removes the true honesty of placing comments.

[Anyway, I reckon that a good symbol for this newly discovered element would be "Ct".]
And then "No Comment" could be written Ct.

This would greatly reduce the carbon footprint because all the "No Comments" uttered by politicians and others could be greatly shortened, saving newsprint and ink, etc.

Kiwi, the scheme has some merit.

Am I able to use these credits in my Tax return instead ?

I see the merit in what you're suggesting, but in practice it maybe difficult. As not many on here can give you a meaningful critique on your sports shots as you have it pretty well nailed. I know from myself, I mostly click on your posts, but am hesitant to add the cliched 'nice shots' comment...well not too often anyways. So it's a bit of a conundrum.

Another piece of political pull the wool over the eyes of the masses and disguise a tax as a scheme!!!

I see right through it Darren and after just looking up the current exchange rates between Oz and unzed it becomes abundantly clear that for every 4 comments made by an Aussie you owe 5 in return.

Works for me under a world wide free trade agreement.
