Not. But if you do you are the one who has to live with it if it wins an award.
Definitely not ethical. And even ignoring the ethics question, what would be the impact on your reputation if you were found out?

half the 'skill' in competition is trying to pick a shot that is a) great, b) what the crowd (judges) are wanting.
Cant even understand you asking the question really.
