Need to know about creating a new lens profile as I have bought a Tokina 11-16mm for the D300 and there isnt one there ,links to tutorials if available

Nikkor 300mm f/4E PF ED VR, Nikkor 16-35mm f/4 VR, Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8, Tokina 100mm f/2.8, Tamron 60mm f/2 , Tamron SP 24-70mm f2.8 VC Di, Nikon Z 24-70mm f/4

Get the lens profile downloader from http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/lens...e_creator.html and install and run it.
Choose Nikon in camera make, pick lens model 11.0-16.0 mm f/2.8 - there appears to be a profile there for a Tokina 11-16 f/2.8 for Nikon D300.
Select that profile and click Download.
Reload LightRoom and it should be there.
It's a user contributed profile so may be a bit hit and miss, but this should at least get you a start point.
