Name Servers - help needed - your ISP

    Nameservers

Members using one of the following ISP please advise
    • Internode - Ok!
    • iiNet - Ok! (thanks occifer nick)
    • TPG - Ok! (thanks agb)
    • Optus - Ok! (thanks ameerat42)
    • Transact/Neighbourhood Cable - Ok! (thanks Tony)
    • Westnet - Ok! (thanks Andrew)
    • Telstra Business - Ok! (thanks Kassy)
    • Telstra Bigpong - Ok!
    • Various others - Ok! (as of Sat AM)

Please check via a CMD prompt typing "nslookup www.ausphotography.net.au"
    it should return 216.172.167.248

Why? I can't check all the ISPs - once it looks like the big ones are ok I'll change back to normal mode

Still no good on Telstra BigPond.

Telstra's nameservers cannot resolve www.ausphotography.net.au at all.

Sorry, I'll have to retract that.

My iPad seems to have logged into an unsecured WI-FI Telstra 3g still no good.

    Just to add:
I had a browser session still going after I logged out of AP about 1/2 an hour before this post time, so I tried to log back in to AP.
After 4 unsuccessful goes, each back to the log-in screen, I shut the browser and reopened it. Got into AP on the first go then.

You should also be able to get online using : http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/index.php as it direct to the IP address, rather than need the DNS lookup, that some ISP's haven't updated yet.

I'm on Bigpond and, at first, I got the "can't find the server" note and then Google threw up the "has moved link - http://216.172.167.248/~ausphoto/" so I was able to find it.
