Cokin P series available from Oz sponsor?

    Hello everyone,
I've been looking at getting the cokin p series and I've been looking through all the sponsor links but cant find any here in Oz. Does anyone know if any of them do and if they have any in stock? It appears that there is an on going shortage and possible closure of cokin from recent posts!
    Thanks
    Nick
    Regards

Nick, apparently ( from my local dealer talikng to the Mawells rep a few weeks ago ) Cokin are being bought by another company and undergoing restructuring.

I don't know more than that but if you scroll down on this page to Quality Camera Sales and give Stu a quick ring or email he will let you know about stock.

It seems that Cokin have been bought by Kenko Tokina, which could be a very positive step.

A very badly translated page of the news.

That's good news to hear. I was under the impression that Cokin was shutting down completely....I almost made me go into panic mode and stock up on a boatload of filters
