Anyone doing the 1440 Challenge next week?

Is anyone here planning to do the Sydney Morning Herald/Foto Reisel Challenge next Saturday. I only just found out about it and while I have enough points for the flights I can't afford the accommodation - even at the YHAs. If I'd known a bit further out I would have come. I heard about it but thought it was only for professionals, I did not realise it was for everyone.
