Umm, this is a photography forum, you will find out about good places to take photos, but for fishing etc, maybe try a fishing forum??

uhm, anywhere on the coast/harbour

cliffton gardens reserve is pretty good.... you can fish off the wharf there and catch anything from bream, luderick, and garfish to kingfish. if you are a bit more adventurous you can rockhop around the sides of the bay. theres a large picnic grounds there too and there might even be some photographic ops.
