Most of the human skins come from Africa, so it's good that the most popular colour that people want is black.

What these companies do is to offer people money for their skins, when they die.
So a guy will get a small up-front payment after signing his hide away, and his family gets the balance after he dies, and the company gets his skin.

Many years ago, they were desperately trying to get the birth rate down in India and the Indian government started offerening cash payments to men who would have a vasectomy.
Well, it was a great success, but they found out later that most of the men that had the government sponsored operation were actually single with no children, so they stopped it as it obviously wasn't working.
All my photos are taken with recycled pixels.

I could use some leather arm guard. I think it would be better if they use the skin from the exact same spot you are going to use it for. But it would be a lot freaky and gross at the same time.

Sounds like a good bit of sustainability. No killing for the sake of clothes, and no deforestation/massive additional carbon production for livestock. Would have to be well policed though if it were to operate on a larger scale.

I the found ideas presented on the website repulsive yet I read the whole thing. I guess it was morbid curiosity.
