Have any owners of the 300AW taken this bag with you as carry on

I purchased this on the weekend and its slightly over the suggested height but having done a lot of travel for work lately I often see people with large luggage making it past the crew with no troubles.

At the end of the day I guess I can pay the fee if the do pull me up

Size wise is OK..just make sure it isn't too heavy or you may have it taken off you at boarding..

Thanks its only got one body inside & some lenses so I think I'll be ok, Just last week I watched a lady with a very large hard plastic wheelie case manage to fit her case above her.
