    Tokina 12-24 repair ?

Has anyone had their Tokina 12-24 repaired ? and if yes where ?

It died on me during a wedding shoot last year and I was going to buy the newer mark II as I really like this lens but I've just bought a 1D mkIII to use as my main body, so I may buy a diferent lens, maybe a 17-40 f/4.

Thinkin I'll get the Tokina repaired and keep it on one of the 40D's if I can get it done for a sensible price.

http://www.cameraclinic.com.au/ - are the Aust repairers
They quoted me for a repair on my Nikon version that still worked, but was sticky in zoom operation - $850.00 (I left it with them as it was paid out by insurance.)
    Regards
