Elements - although it is a fairly steep learning curve for editing (but so is CS5), it is cheaper than the others. The cataloging is good. It works well for me. Get a good book on using it. (Note - Elements v9 has decent layer handling at last - make sure any book you get is for elements 9, not earlier versions)
