Permit Required - Victoria Barracks Melbourne?

    Hey Guys,
Have a couple lined up for a wedding who have requested to have their photos to be taken at Victoria Barracks. I have looked for the last hour or so to try and establish firstly who owns/manages it, and secondly whether a permit is required to take wedding photos at that location/accessibility. I haven't managed to find the answer to either and there seems to no simple way to do so through any of the organisations I have looked at. Does anyone have experience with photographing at this location and if there exists permit/acessibility requirements?

As a Department of Defence site, all photography of and within the site will require approval from the Base Commander or Seinor ADF Officer as applicable. I'd suggest you contact the local Public Relations Officer and detail what you are asking, then go from there.
