    Adjusting image colour in PS

    Hi!

I'm fairly new to PS, and was just mucking around with this... (This was the first time I used 'liquidify')

So decided to have a go at making the Hulk. (It wasn't shot with the Hulk in mind, but when I saw the photo on my screen I thought of the Hulk!) This is as far as I got... But the green still isn't quite Hulk-like.

    Here are two hulk examples:

The green that I got I did in Lightroom.

How would I do the adjustment in PS (CS4)?

    This is great fun!!!

I think what your image is missing is that gritty exaggerated skin texture. Too smooth, kwim?

In part, that's because you've got blown channels in the bright areas. Were those areas blown out in the original file, or can you recover it?

No; except for a few lonely pixels in the left eyeball, nothing was blown out.

Ok, in that case, I think you should revisit your edit from the beginning, and avoid the clipping that's there now.
