According to them its not that different. A few tweaks such as flip out screen, longer battery life and more shots.

good comparison site that. i knew about the screen but inside is very close. the wireless flash control would be handy for those that use it.
IMO they still have issues to fix in the movie mode like when you take a pic and it freezes for a sec so you can see the pic, that actually shows in the movie and is very anoying. also because its on the screen, its very slow to focus, it wants to focus all the way out then in again to get the subject and it also shows in the movie. im assuming the 5d mark II's have quicker technology inside them and dont have this problem hence the price difference. Still its handy to have the video mode there because it you dont take pic while in movie mode, its not bad.
