Hasselblad V system

It's good to be back....
Anyway, i've been saving up for a Hasselblad and I just wanted to confirm that the 503CW is compatible with both film and digital backs?
Are there other less costly models that are also compatible?

Most Hasselblad V System cameras manufactured since 1957 compatible to digital backs manufactured by Hasselblad themselves. Though I am not sure if the other manufacturers (PhaseOne and Leaf) would accommodate to the older models. You might want to check with them before purchasing your Hasselblad body. I hope this helps.
