    How does ISO work on DSLR's

    I know that with film larger the ISO the larger the silver crystal in the film but I'm curios to know, How does ISO work with Digital SLR's?

    Er, never mind. I mistook the links in the above reply for part of your signature rather than useful parts of your post... so I expanded on the 'amplification' comment. As it turns out though, those links are better

    It pays to look there first. Once you have 50 posts and 30 days membership you can even write or edit library articles!

    Once you get the idea of amplification ISO ceases to be a mystery
