Filter Effect - Cokin T2 Graduated Tobacco

The 2 images here are to show newcomers the effect of a graduated Tobacco (often called a sunrise filter) on a scene. All I have done with these is spotted and straightened. They were both shot at f8, 1/60, ISO 100 on the H2/P20 with 80mm lens. Whether or not you like it depends on what you were after on the day etc. I like both versions of this (I'd do some compositional cropping and more PP) but it does show how the filter effects the image. I always try to shoot a with and a without as quickly as possible in case I hate the filtered result!

This idea popped into my head when I saw Noddy's thread showing a sunset with his new filter.

That is great Odile. It really shows just what the filter can do. With a little PP and creative cropping, these two will be a standout.
