    Instant laptop photo display???

    I'm wanting info on how I can have an instant photo display on my laptop when taking shots for a fashion shoot??? I've seen how photographers shoot and have the image come up on a laptop screen.... how can I do this?? whats the program and what do I need to do this?? I shoot with a Canon 50D and I have a Apple Macbook Pro........ PLEASE HELP!!!

    You can tether your camera to a laptop, yes! The canon website should help with this. Nikon certainly offer software to allow this to be done, and you can control the camera from the computer as well. If Nikon can do it, you can be assured Canon offer something similar

    JSP, install the software that came with the camera.

    EOS Utility allows just this sort of thing, connect to the latop via usb, open EOS utility and bob's your uncle, your on your way.
    You can control the camera settings from the computer if you want also.

    The EOS utility is what you're after. Does as Rick described for the Nikons.

    Of course that little book and disc that you get in the box that you never read or use?? I prob should of looked at it first!!! thanks guys
