Looking for endorsements on the best strap for my 7D. I find the supplied strap slides off my shoulder and sits on my chest. Would like something non slip and sits lower (hip level). My walk around lens is a ef 18-200.

Black Rapid RS-7 for me
Use mine over the shoulder all the time to take the weight off my neck.
Thx all....I have ordered the crumpler.
Considering how much a lot of cameras cost, the straps they supply are pretty cheap and nasty.
Being in the leathergoods business, I made up a nice pad out of some very soft sheep leather with lots of soft padding for my strap, and I find the padding really makes a world of difference.
I find it especially useful for doing videos, as I hold the camera up in front of me, with the pad centered on my neck, and push the camera out to get some tension in the strap, and I find I can do very steady videoing hand held using this system.
The Crumpler strap looks pretty good too. I'll have to go and check one out in their Newtown store.
All my photos are taken with recycled pixels.

BlackRapid R-straps. Definitely. I have the RS4 and the double one (whatever that is).
Used the Crumpler for the first time at Avalon....great!
Op tech for me. Tried the crumpler, material was too rough for my liking. 7D gripped + 70-200 f2.8 mk2 feels easy to handle with the strap.
