    elements 9

    Might be a dumb question but I will ask it anyway.. What are the pros and cons of Elements 9 compared to paintshop X3 . What sort of dollars are we looking at for Elements 9 ...cheers

    basically they are very similar in what they allow you to do. Some different naming etc, for menu's and features. Price..well shop around. Just like any purchase, the price can vary.

    I haven't used Paintshop, but I just bought Elements 9 today. The price most places have it for is $140-$150.

    As for using it.... it was new to me to take photos with camera after using only point and shoots until now. Using PSE9 is like a whole new world again, it has been fun playing around with the different features and look forward to getting some good results from it.
