    ef-s lens

Hi, do the ef-s lens take into account the crop factor? ie is ef-s 55-250 actually that, or 88-400 on a 500d?
    Thanks Andy.

The lens is as it is marked. A 50mm lens doesn't magically become an 80mm lens just cause it is put on a different camera body.
