suggestion to buy tripod, tripod head and monopod.

Dear Friends,
i want to buy a tripod, tripod head and mono-pod. right now im doing general photography, macro and landscapes. using canon EOS 550D(Rebel T2i). following things are my selections, i expect all of your valuable suggestions and comments about my selections...

Manfrotto Tripod - 055XPROB Pro Tripod,

Manfrotto Tripod Head - Standard 3-Way Head(808RC4), Heavy Duty Grip Ball Head(322 RC2)

Manfrotto Monopod - Self Standing Monopod Black(682B) for this monopod not selected any head yet.

considering you have a 550D I think the 055XPro is a bit of over-kill unless you are very tall, I reckon you should look at the 190XProB

Thanks for your reply. Yes, im just 5'10". but i like the solidness of 055xProB than 190xProB and in future im going to get panorama heads like, Manfrotto Precision Panoramic Head(303Plus) or Manfrotto Multi-row Panoramic Head(303SPH). i believe 055xProB is the suitable one to above mentioned VR Heads too.
