    Selling Photo's

    Hi,

Im just starting out, im not a professional by any means, nor do I have any aspirations to be a professional. However, I have been posting my photo's for my friends to see and they want to purchase a couple. Now I honestly dont feel right taking any money for them as they were taken when I was learning, but they still want to pay me.

I really couldnt put a price on it...so how do you put a price on it?

Do I print it out then send the photo or just send her a soft copy? And if so whats the best way to send a high resolution photo over the net?

startup a smugmug pro account and upload your pictures to it. You then set your prices and send the link to anyone who might like to buy a copy. then they can choose which size they want printed and what style and make the transaction with smugmug for printing and delivery. takes it all out of your hands. (apart from setting the price that is). anonymous people can then also buy prints if you choose. you would want to be getting a certain amount of orders before you do this as it costs an annual fee.

feel free to fix my shots and send them back to me!
