    Plugins and Actions

    Firstly, is there a list floating around anywhere of useful Lightroom/PS plugins? I've been given a couple from friends but am constantly hunting different ones.

    Secondly, I've just downloaded a couple of actions from action central, how do I use these files in CS5? Is there an import functionality somewhere?
