For those that have dealt with digitalrev here in Australia how did you get in contact with them? (besides emailing)?
I have tried to contact them by phone on numerous occasions and it says the line is disconnected or if it rings, no one ever picks up.
I do have an urgent matter I want to discuss with them and would appreciate it if anyone could let me know how you communicate with them more effectively.
