    Talking Camera Bracket for Macro

I have just bought a Nikon AFS 85mm F3.5 ED VR Macro lens.
(My camera is a Nikon D5000)
I realise i need to use an off camera flash with it on occasions for better results.

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a reasonable priced camera bracket that has a flexible arm and ball head, so that i can adjust the flash position( I have a Nikon SB 600 flash)
This would be for hand held work as well as tripod mounted

    Your help is appreciated

I have seen a couple of good looking units on ebay, cheap ring lights & dual flash setups, do a search and something should turn up.
Pentax K20D & Grip, Sigma 17-70 f2.8-4.5 DC Macro, Sigma APO 70-200 f2.8 EX DG HSM II, Metz Mecablitz 48 AF-1 flash, LowePro Flipside 300 backpack, Photoshop CS 5, Lightroom 3, Manfrotto Monopod & 498 RC2 Ball Head, GoldPhoto "Tracker" Tripod, Hoya CPL and UV filters, Yongnuo RF602 flash triggers.
