I don't know the options but I will say I think the bottom is a P&S and the top is a dslr.

Top one - wide angle (<35mm) on D700, bottom 35mm on D200? (Well, at least a DX camera)

    I reckon:

    Top Pic: 50/1.8 +D700
    Bottom Pic: 35/1.8 +D200

    apertures: approx f/2.8-4.. or thereabouts.
time of day: approx 11:00AM(alternatively 1:00PM).. give or take 1/2 hour.
location: probably Lakes Entrance(reason: possible scouting/reconnaissance trip)

AHHH! I got 'em the wrong way round!.. switch top and bottom.. I'm still half a sleep!

I'm not sure about your lens choice - the perspective is different for nominal "equivalents". I think they're stopped down a bit more too - there is quite a lot of depth of field.

This highly unscientific comparison purely came about because SWMBO and I had a camera and lens combination that came close to matching each other for field of view.

Both images shot as NEFs with the usual camera settings ( everything turned off in the way of sharpening, contrast and saturation etc. ) and then both had "standard" picture control applied in Capture NX.
