depending on your browser, you need to get an add-on. Mostly these are called something like EXIF viewer, etc. You install it into your web browser and then when you right click a photo, you have an option to view EXIF, click that. As long as the member has included EXIF, it is available to you. Members are not required to include EXIF, so some won't.
