    Best Batteries for 430EX11 ?

Have just purchased, and waiting for the arrival of my new Speedlite 430EX 11. Would like to hear from anyone as to which type of rechargable batts' seem best.

    Cheers, Paul.

Sanyo Enloop (the white ones). Stock up on those, and buy a good quality charger and you won't be disappointed

Forget heading over to FeePay, simply click through the site advertisers to Protog and buy a few packs of AA's and one of his brilliant chargers.
You will find quite a few happy users of the Powerex gear on this forum ( us included ), the products are well worth it in the long run.

The Maha batteries and chargers are first class, and very affordable. I have 6x SB-900 and the Imedion batteries last quite a while, and charge well.

From what ive heard both are fantastic batteries, i personally own the sanyo eneloops, got them from DSE over the counter. they are great batteries. the Powerex apparently are better for flashes, faster recycle.

I buy either the Duracell AA batteries or the Eveready Energiser AAs - usually a 10 pack. They seem to last for ages and rechardge the flash really quickly for rapid firing. Am very happy with these two brands.

One person at the same store said dont use rechargeable and the other said yes use rechargeable envelops??? Im going to get the rechargeable envelops more recommended on net then any others.
