Using the link & having a sqwiz, the item looks like one leg from a gorilla pod tripod ... advertised as "10inches long x 1/4inch" but with no visible means of attaching a flash ie- dunno how they propose to do it
If you are after a flexible support of some sort, have you considered a flexible arm from a bedlight ... be it the continuous spiral tube sort of thing where you can twist it into shapes, or a hinged (bendable) desk light, that clips to a desktop and has a bedlight at the other end. Widely available both new & used at varying prices
Each will need some sort of "flash attachment" ... but it appears, so does the device you refer to
