Hasselblad HC 50-110 f3.5~4.5 test shots

My zoom lens for the Blad arrived today!

    I'm excited.

This is a little test I did inside (we have 70-80kph winds with rain outside today) using a little set of cats and mice that I have. They go on a cross marked board and you play cats and mice (a la noughts and crosses) with them. My sister sent it to me from Sri Lanka.

I set up 4 cats and a mouse on the window ledge and out the H2 on aperture priority and shot wide open, just zooming between shots.

Thanks for sharing this lens test! Each photo seems to be nice and crisp! I notice that the 50mm test appears cooler (bluer) in colour than the rest - was the white balance changed in that photo or is this normal for this type of lens? Anyway, enjoy your new lens and keep on sharing! :-)

I think I buggered that up when I processed the separate shots. It's really great having the wider angle capability.

    looks good Odille.
nice sounding specs on that lens.. didn't even know that they offered any zoom lenses!('spose that just goes to show that I should get my head out of all those Nikon catalogues )

big question is.... did the mouse survive the feline onslought?

    Nah, they ate him!

There is also a 35-90 zoom that I lust after but it doesn't fit my H2, it is for H#D (fully digital) Hasselblads only. One day when I win the lottery . . . .
