    Will This Do Me?

    Hi All,

New to photography and DSLR's in general. I have been given a e-500 with twin lens kit (14-45 and 40-150) and was wondering if these two lenses will do most things I want to do, or should I be looking at getting another lens?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

    Andy

    Andy,

The first thing we need to know is what exactly do you want to do? Only once we know that, can we advise if the focal lengths you already have will be suitable.

Those lenses will suit you just fine for what you want to photograph, particularly while you learn how to use the camera and become acquainted with DSLR photography. Oly 'kit' lenses are regarded as the best bang for buck on the market. Have fun!

Work fine for me, play around with your setting on the camera, to get the most out of these lenes, trial and error is the best way, make notes, shutter, app and the likes, light intensitity and so on.

But you will soon learn that you will never be happy with what you've got, and will always want something more expensive. LOL

It used to be just Woman and Cars , I think you need to add camera/lenses's..
