    My New K7

I have bitten the bullet and ordered my new K7.Should be here next week.I have two digital compact Pentax, an A430 and an A30.After experiencing trying to take action shots in broad daylight with my a30 which is a terrific little camera in other respects and only getting a view of my whiskery old face in the lcd screen,I vowed that I would never buy another camera without an optical viewfinder
Now I have to learn Dslr and looking forward to it.Will keep you posted.

Have fun Robert! I'm still learning my way around my K7 and my photos aren't yet anything to boast about but it's a fun camera to use and I have no doubt you'll love it

Congrats on new camera - I am very happy with my K7 and I am sure you will love it.

Good to see a growing number of Pentaxians here.
There are two types of people in this world -
West Perth supporters and the misguided.

It's a great camera but I recommend that you read the manual, and then read it again, and continue to refer to it; because it has a lot of features to discover & learn about and you don't want to miss out on any of them.
