    These are photos stored in ( My pictures ) but they to large to upload, their all jpeg photos

    Yeah, but how do you edit your photos? Photoshop, elements, Paint Shop pro, The Gimp? Once we know what photo editing software you have to edit photos with, we can give you step by step instructions on resizing.
