    Family photography session

    Hi everyone,
Sorry i wasnt sure where I should post this, so decided to do it here. My nephew is turning 1 in Oct and as a present, I would like to give him and his parent's a voucher for a photography session. I remember seeing (probably a year ago) that there a photographers who come to your home for a few hours and take the photos for you. I cant seem to find it anymore. Therefore I'm asking whether anyone has done this before, or can recommend which photographer I should contact with regards to this.

    many thanks.
    Awaiting for delivery of:
    Canon 50D
    Tamron 17-50mm F2.8
    Nify fifty

That's a lovely idea for a present. There are quite a few photographers who operate that way, maybe checkout the AIPP's Find a Photographer section for those in your area, and give them a call.

Yea I thought it was a present that they could look back on and still enjoy years down the track. It's better than getting him a giant expensive toy which he would only play for a few months and disgard. Thanks for the advice Lani

You have been a member of AP for nearly 12 months, why not offer yourself up to take the photos.

haha Rick, I wish I was any good!! I started getting into photography about a year ago and have learnt all the fundamentals of photography, but have since left my camera on my table to collect dust! I really should get back into it. But I've yet to learn how to have a photographer's eye. My photos look like snapshots rather than photography
