Photoshop CS3- Tiff to Jpeg conversion

Mongo has been working with Tiff files more often in CS3. However, when he is finished an tried to convert one copy from Tiff to Jpeg, there does not seem to be an option to do that in CS3 ??? The same seems to be true of Psd to Jpeg conversion

Is Mongo missing something ??? What is the story ? Any help is appreciated.

Are you working with 16 bit files Mongo? I think they have to be 8 bit to convert to jpeg.

Yes, Lani. So Mongo will try 16 bit Tiff - convert to 8 bit Tiff and then try to convert to Jpeg. will let you know and thanks for the advice.
