Canon 10d and Tamron 18-250mm

Yes it will, the 10D is a cropped sensor camera and the tamron will fit and work on it (assuming it is a Canon mount).

The only lenses you will have issues with are Canon EF-S lenses that will not work properly on full frame Canon cameras, like the 5D
