    canon 50d histogram

    Hi any one know where i can find info in histograms for canon 50d i have done some research but i have probs understanding it to be honest.

    Funnily enough just did a video lesson with a Kelby Training photographer and he says "you don't need no freaking histogram".....you gotta think out of the box for creativity...I know I know will be howled down with this sort of statement .......))

    Don't agree, the histogram on any camera is a valuable asset, learn to read and understand what it is telling you. Might prevent a trip back to a location for a retake.

    just know what your trying to capture and try to see it before you shoot it, if you can than it makes the histogram a little irrelevant as your trying to find your view on it and not re create whats the to the T

    Yes I agree it is helpful to understand the histogram but to create all images with the perfect even histogram profile is not always the best image....) Sorry for being somewhat frivolous as did not answer the question just putting in a two bobs worth....as you do...)))))
