    Question Why the Heck does this guy have a D4

    Dont know if this has been posted before but look here

    at 29:20 it has clearly D4 on the camera. Is this movie taking the p*ss? Or have they taped up the 3 or is this camera real? am I delusional?

    with the tools currently available, you can 'make' your own camera models

    Note: a D4 should be(going by historical data) be due out in approximately 1 year.
    There could be some mule test bodies floating about in the hands of capable Nikon specific professionals.
    They are bound by NDA agreements and if those pros break them agreements with Nikon, they get told to 'get stuffed' by Nikon, next time around when the next gen bodies are out getting tested.

    I can't read Nederlander, but my gut feeling is that it's one of those bored folks with too much technical knowledge and time on their hands.

    well I'm going to rent the documentary and see if it the same on the original disc. (its an awesome documentary for those interested in architectural photography anyway)

    its probably just a (good) hoax.
