    Lights at night.

I went out the other night in the fog and mist and I took and image which required 140 sec exposure, the image came out really good except the light poles, the lights on the top were badly blown out. Should i have used a Grad ND for the tops of the lights? or is there something else i could have done?

I quite like the blown lights. Oh, I spot a few dust bunnies.
