    Nifty Fifty

I am so excited - just received my mother's day present (a little bit late but sooooo worth the wait)!!

    A nifty fifty.

I have just taken a quick couple of photo's with it and I am in lurve.

I know we aren't allowed to put photo's here, so where do I put them??

The 1.4G is even niftier still - I thought it was just the cheapo 1.8, but your family must really like you

It helped with what my husband got for his first father's day for his bike. So he has a bike that has really expensive accessories and I have my camera, that also has expensive accessories (or should that be necessities??)

is it worth spending the extra to go for the f1.4G over the f1.8?

I have never used the f1.8, but have asked a few people who have and they said they loved it, but ended upgrading to the f1.4, which they love even more.

That's why I bought the f1.4 instead of the f1.8. So, I think it is worth spending the money, as you will probably end up buying the f1.4 anyway.

Thanks MusieJ, your right. In the long run it probably is cheaper to just go straight out and buy the 1.4. Thanks.
