Anybody Using A Manfrotto 808RC4 Head

Well I'm on a search to find a 3 way head as I'm not overly happy with the one on the Slik.

I'm more interested in the up and down movement. More so fine adjustments and smoothness of movement.

I have the 808RC4 with a 055XPROB tripod and love it.

Got mine a few weeks ago from Quality Cameras and like it but need to use it more to get used to it versus my old tripod.
The movement is very smooth and easy to control. The twist handles make adjustments easy and relatively fast.

I love my 808RC4 head. I have to agree that it is smooth and gives you plenty of control.
