Advice please re Nikon MH19 Multi Charger

Does anyone have an instruction manual or use one of these twin chargers?

Bought one second hand but without instructions. Is it normal that the charge light flashes on one side only, even with two batteries in the charger? Are both batteries charging or only one?
    Attitude is everything!

    Cheers, Paul

Paul, a quick google found this informative read.
The second paragraph answer at least one part of your query.

    Thanks Andrew,
That's what I needed to know but unfortunately not what I wanted to hear.

When two batteries are attached to the device, they charge in sequence, not simultaneously. So it will still take the same amount of time for two batteries to charge, but doesn’t require manual intervention.
I was hoping that it would charge both at the same time. Well at least it has 12v capability which the MH18 doesn't have.
