Poses for first time model portfolio

Hi,

A friend of ours asked me to take a few photos for a portfolio that she wants to put togther, hence the post to ask for help with a few sure-fire simple poses, including head shots, half length and full length portraits.

In terms of equipment I have the Canon 50D, 24-70, 70-200 f2.8, 100mm macro and a couple of flashes. The shoot will be indoors and depending on weather, maybe in the backyard.
